OFFICIAL NOTICE OF THE 13th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth (13th) Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Interior Industry Partners Association (MIIP) will be held at the venue as follows:-

Date : 18th August 2023

Time : 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Venue : Jeune 1 & 2 Function Hall, Level 8, Four Points by Sheraton, Chinatown Kuala Lumpur.

The Agenda of the AGM as follows:-

(1)Opening message by the President;

(2)To confirm the Minutes of the 12th Annual General Meeting;

(3)To receive the Secretary’s Report for the year 2022;

(4)To receive and approve the Treasurer’s Report and Audited Financial Report for the year ended 2022;

(5)To appoint auditors for the term 2023-2025;

(6)To elect the Committee Members for the term 2023-2025, comprising of the following:-

a.President.

b.Vice-President.

c.Honorary Treasurer.

d.Honorary Secretary.

e.Seven (7) Ordinary Committee

(7)To transact any other business of which ten (10th) days’ notice shall have given in writing to the Secretaryat admin@miip.com.my

ii. Audited Financial Report Year Ending 2022;

iii. Secretary Report 2022.
